CF Hosts Anna Ross Poetry Reading and Book Signing

RossPoet Anna Ross will read and sign books at the College of Central Florida, 3001 S.W. College Road, Thursday, April 10, from 12:30-1:30 p.m., in Building 8, Room 110. The free event is open to the public.

Ross is the author of “If a Storm,” winner of the 2012 Robert Dana-Anhinga Prize for Poetry, and the chapbook “Hawk Weather,” winner of the 2008 New Womens’ Voices Prize from Finishing Line Press and the 2009 Jean Pedrick Chapbook Award from the New England Poetry Club.

Ross currently teaches at Stonehill College in Easton, Mass., where she is Poet in Residence, and is a contributing editor in poetry for “Guernica: A Magazine of Art and Politics.” She lives in Dorchester, Mass., with her husband, daughter and son.
