Instructions:
- Complete the ENTIRE application
- Indicate start and end dates and HOURS WORKED for each position
- Submit a different application for each position being applied
for
- Submit a copy of, or, original Transcripts ,
with EACH application submitted (when required)
- Submit all applications to the Office of Human Resources-Ocala
Campus
Applications will be returned if:
- Duties and Responsibilities are not complete on the application
(do not indicate `please see resume')
- Transcripts are not received
- The application does not indicate required experience, from
previous employment, for the position being applied for (a resume may not
be substituted for a completed application)
- The application is not signed
- The application was not received by the position deadline

Frequently Asked Questions:
How long will the selection process take?
A formal search committee convenes after the close date of the
position. The selection process can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the
amount of applications received. It is at the discretion of the search committee
and hiring supervisor for the length of the review process.
Why haven't I received a call regarding my application?
All applicants are sent a letter acknowledging receipt of the
application from the office of human resources. The search committee or human
resource office would only contact the candidate via phone if they are selected
to be interviewed.
Do I mail the Verification of Employment to my previous employer?
No. Verifications of employment are sent from the Human Resources
office after the hiring process.
How long will my application be on file?
Complete applications are kept on file for 2 years.
Can my Application or Transcripts on file be copied in order to
apply for another position?
No. It is the applicant's responsibility to submit an application
for each position for which you are applying.
Why was my application returned?
Applications are returned when information is not complete or
the candidate is not qualified. `Duties and responsibilities' on the application,
for previous employment, must include required work experience for the position
being applied for. If transcripts are not received the application is considered
incomplete. By returning the application you are afforded the opportunity
to include additional information and return the application for consideration
before the close date of the position. If the application is returned outside
of the close date the search committee will not accept the application for
consideration.
Can I forward a Resume or Curriculum Vitae for a position, or,
to keep on file?
No. We do not keep résumé's or curriculum vitae's
on file. A resume may be submitted with a complete application for vacant
positions only. Résumé's received will be returned with an
application for completion.
