* Fee for these rooms includes one hour set up time prior to event and one hour after event for clean up. The following items are included in the basic charges for weekday and weekend events on an as-needed basis with advance notice: use of kitchen, patio access, tables, chairs, stage risers. The 18% Service Charge includes set up and take down of all table and chair arrangements, utilities, on-duty personnel and restrooms. Additional charges may apply for any set up outside the conference centers.
