Note:  Clinical agencies that are used for CF Health Sciences programs learning experiences require national criminal background checks on their employees.  Therefore, the CF Health Sciences Division must conduct national criminal background checks on entering students who will use these facilities during the course of their program.  These national background checks will be completed at the student’s expense.
