The faculty and staff is comprised of professors and teachers from participating institutions. Most hold doctoral degrees from American institutions. The majority of the faculty members have taught in Spain for many years.

Dean of Students - Dr. Orlando Moreno is professor emeritus of Spanish Language and Culture at CF. He received the Bachelor's and Master of Arts in teaching from the University of Florida and a Doctorate of Philosophy from the University of Madrid. Dr. Moreno has led study groups to Spain and Portugal for many years. He will teach courses in Spanish language and Spanish Culture and Civilization.
