The Career Pathways Programs Model
To use this Instructional Model, the core skills are integrated into appropriate courses within the curriculum. These core skills prepare students to enroll in general education requirements and complete their Associates Degree with solid general education knowledge and technical skills. At the same time, they are able to acquire and retain gainful employment.
