Please use the following checklist to keep track of when the required documents were provided to CFCC.

Except for holidays and scheduled breaks, the Financial Aid office is open during the fall and spring terms Monday–Friday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. During the summer terms, the Financial Aid office is open Monday–Thursday 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Financial aid forms are available on CFCC’s website. Contact the Enrollment Services Center on each campus for additional information or assistance.
Department of Internal Revenue Service (IRS) office:
The Ocala IRS office is located off Highway 200 between the Paddock Mall and I-75. Turn south at the traffic light on SW 34th Avenue. Go three blocks to the last building before a large field; turn right at 3300 and go to Suite 152. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
