Veterans Affairs - Returning Students/Certification Process
- NOTE: You must make an advising appointment each semester to get your schedule signed.
- It is the Student’s responsibility to:
- Tell advisor you’re a VA student
- Submit a signed schedule every semester!
- Once VA Has both papers (Certificate of Eligibility or Change of Program/Place of Training and Signed Schedule), certification will occur.
- Expect a 3-month turnaround time before you start receiving your payments for new students.
- In order to keep receiving your VA benefits each month, you will need to verify attendance at the end of each month on VA WAVE for Chapter 30 and 1606 and 1607.
