Scholarships provide students with more than much needed funds to help pay for tuition, books and housing.  Scholarships provide students the gift of opportunity that comes with having access to quality education and training.  It is an investment with a promising return felt by both the student and the community a CF alumnus goes on to serve.

Below are three ways to give the gift of a scholarship:

	Endowed Scholarships
	You can endow a scholarship. An endowed scholarship can be named to honor the donor, a loved-one, or an organization. This scholarship investment is a lasting way to perpetuate your impact because a portion of the interest earned on the gifted amount is used to award scholarships. Once operational, your endowed scholarship will forever impact CF students what an incredible legacy! 	Pass-through Scholarships
	You can give a one-time or pass-through scholarship - A scholarship gift given with the intent of being awarded in the current academic year. The award passes from the donor, through the foundation office, to the financial aid offices where it is posted to the selected students account. Like an endowed scholarship, donors can allow the foundation and financial aid offices to select deserving students or they can identify the student to receive the award.
	Gift of Hope Scholarships
	You may also support the Gift of Hope Scholarship at CF. This scholarship is supported by donors who value education and are doing their part to invest in CF students.

While working to establish a legacy through an endowed scholarship, some donors opt to provide a combination of these scholarship gifts!
