CF Theatre Students Present 'All My Sons'
Oct. 11, 2013
College of Central Florida Theatre students will present “All My Sons” Oct. 30 through Nov. 3 at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
The show begins at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 3 p.m. Sunday. All performances will be held in the Charles R. Dassance Fine Arts Center and doors open to the public 30 minutes before each performance.
“All My Sons” is a World War II drama about business and power, love and family, guilt and redemption that received the New York Drama Critics Circle Award for Best Play. The show depicts the story of two men who manufactured airplane parts that turned out to be defective, causing the deaths of many men.
“I am very excited to work with the students on ‘All My Sons,’” said Andrew Crusse, guest director and adjunct instructor in the CF Visual and Performing Arts Theatre Department. “I feel that it is an important piece of American theatre that may have escaped their attention, and performing Miller’s exquisite piece of realism will give them a portal to their past.”
For reservations, call the CF Box Office at 352-873-5810 or visit tickets.cf.edu. Regular admission is $12 for adults and $6 for students. CF students, faculty and staff admission is free with CF ID.
