Enroll Now for Real Estate Courses at CFCC Citrus

Central Florida Community College is accepting registration for real estate courses that begin in August at the Citrus Campus, 3800 S. Lecanto Highway.
"We are excited to help prepare individuals beginning new careers as well as provide continuing education opportunities for those already in the field,” said Amy Holaday, manager of Corporate Training and Continuing Education at the Citrus Campus. “All courses are taught by Florida licensed, college-approved instructors with years of practical experience in our Citrus County market.”
Real Estate Principals and Practices will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Aug. 11 through Oct. 6, from 6 to 10 p.m. in Building L2, Room 102. The course covers the minimum essentials for a new real estate practitioner and is required for all individuals seeking certification with the Florida Real Estate Commission. The course fee is $295.
The 30-Hour Post-license Broker: Investment will meet Fridays and Saturdays, Aug. 22-30, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. in Building L2, Room 201A. The course examines the effects of economic trends on the real estate brokerage business and is part of the 60-hour post-licensure requirement for all real estate brokers. The course fee is $185.
The 14-Hour Continuing Education Real Estate course will meet Tuesday through Thursday, Aug. 26-28, from 6 to 10 p.m. in Building L2, Room 201A. The course fee is $69.
