The 45-Hour Post-License Sales Associate course begins Monday, Feb. 1, and will be held from 2 to 6:30 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays until Feb. 16. It is the required post-licensure training for real estate sales associates that must be completed by the first license renewal. The fee is $195.
Real Estate Principles and Practices will meet 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays, Feb. 2-24. The fee is $305.
