Real Estate Courses Now Offered at CFCC Citrus

Central Florida Community College announces that the CFCC Citrus Campus is now a state-approved site for real estate education. A full roster of real estate courses are now being offered at the Citrus Campus, 3800 S. Lecanto Highway.

"We are excited to help prepare individuals beginning new careers as well as provide continuing education opportunities for those already in the field,” said Amy Holaday, manager of Corporate Training and Continuing Education at the Citrus Campus. “All courses will be taught by Florida licensed, college-approved instructors with years of practical experience in our Citrus County market.”

CFCC is now accepting registrations for all prelicense and post-license courses scheduled through December on the Citrus Campus. The first Citrus Campus real estate course, Sales Associate Prelicense, will meet 6 to 10 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 8 through Aug. 28. The course fee is $295.

"We encourage individuals to prepare now for a market that we anticipate will grow in the coming months,” Holaday said.
