Tickets Now Available for CF Foundation Dinner Theatre

Mark your calendars for the College of Central Florida Foundation 2013 Dinner Theatre, which will feature “Funny Money” by Ray Cooney.

Performances will be held Feb. 6-10, 2013, in the Webber Center at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. Evening performances, Wednesday through Sunday, begin with dinner at 5:45 p.m. Matinee performances, Saturday and Sunday, begin with the meal at 12:15 p.m. Doors open 15 minutes before the meal. Tickets are $55 or $440 for a table of eight.

“Funny Money” features a middle-aged business man who picks up the wrong briefcase on his subway trip home from work to celebrate his birthday dinner. When he reaches into the briefcase for his gloves and scarf, he finds an unexpected stash of used currency. In 2006, the play was made into a film starring Penelope Ann Miller and Chevy Chase.

Proceeds from the performances support the CF Foundation Promise for the Future Fund, which provides the college with resources to start new programs or expand existing ones.
