CF Employees Honored by Peers

The College of Central Florida honored its 23nd Annual Gabor Award winners during its annual employee recognition program, Friday, May 4.
Amos Noble, coordinator of grounds maintenance and college support, has been employed at CF since 1993. He was honored in the administrative/professional category. Glenna Morelock, professor of physical education, has been employed at CF since 1985 and was honored in the faculty category. Tom Michaud, duplicating specialist, has been employed at CF since 2002. He was recognized in the career service category. The awards were established by the Gabor Agency in 1990 and are bestowed in conjunction with the CF Foundation Inc. Faculty and staff nominated their peers based on “contributions to our students, college and community.”
Also during the employee recognition program, Danielle Batog was recognized as Adjunct Instructor of the Year. The Constellation Award, which recognizes faculty members who demonstrate excellence in teaching and student learning, was presented to Brandy Currie, Meribeth Fields, Marguerite Jones and Allen Kinsey for their “Success by Design” project.
