Keyboarding and Basic Computers at CFCC Ocala Campus

Central Florida Community College will offer Keyboarding and Basic Computer Operations beginning July 8. The course will meet 9 a.m. to noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays through July 17 at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.

This 12-hour course is designed for adults who have little or no experience with a computer. Students will learn how computers work, how they are used, and the difference between hardware and software. Each student will have use of a computer for the entire course with time for mouse and keyboard practice. While not restricted to seniors, the course is designed for individuals who are 50 and better. The course fee is $25.
