Real Estate Continuing Education Courses at Ocala Campus

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College is accepting enrollment for real estate continuing education courses at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.

  • Continuing Education for Real Estate Professionals course will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday, Feb. 19-20. The $90 fee includes the textbook. Register by Feb. 16.
  • The 30-Hour Post-License Broker Investment course will be held from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays, Feb. 26 through March 6. It is part of the required 60-hour post-licensure training for real estate sales brokers that must be completed by the first license renewal. The fee is $190. Register by Feb. 23.
  • 45-Hour Post-License Sales Associate begins Monday, March 1, and will be held from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays until March 23. It is the required post-licensure training for real estate sales associates that must be completed by the first license renewal. The fee is $195. Register by Feb. 25.
