Security Officer Training at CF Ocala Campus

The CF Institute at College of Central Florida is accepting enrollment for security officer training at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
Security Officer: 24-Hour Unarmed will be held March 26-31, Monday through Friday from 1-5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. This course meets a portion of the 40-hour requirement to obtain the Class D security license; however students must complete the 16-hour supplemental course prior to filing the initial license application. The fee is $125 and students must register by March 22.
Security Officer: 16-Hour Unarmed (Supplemental) will be held Monday through Thursday, April 9-12, from 1-5 p.m. This course is part of the 40 state-required hours for the unarmed security officer. All 40 hours must be completed prior to filing the initial license application. The course fee is $110 and students must register by April 5.
A Class D license is a prerequisite to the Class G license; however, students may take the classes in any order. Manuals are included in the cost of each course. To register, visit CFItraining.cf.edu or contact the CF Institute at 352-873-5804.
