Register Now for Customer Service Technology Training

The Pathways program at Central Florida Community College will offer a Customer Service Technology program especially for seniors 50 and better. This program is for those who want to be re-hired or acquire the skills to advance in positions that may involve the use of computers, such as a customer service representative, cashier or retail salesperson.
Students will learn the technical skills and proper techniques to serve customers in the business field and will develop skills to compete for employment opportunities. The fee is $99 and includes sessions in Windows XP Professionals and Computer Basics, Internet Explorer/Outlook and Customer Service Training.
The training will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Feb. 22 through March 1 at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. For information or to register, call Bebe Rahaman at 352-854-2322, ext. 1675.
The program is offered by CFCC’s Pathways to Living, Learning & Serving, providing comprehensive, coordinated services to the mature citizens of the communities served by the college.
