Real Estate Management Course Offered

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College is accepting registration for its Real Estate Broker Post-license Management course, which begins Friday, Aug. 8.

The 30-hour course is part of the post-licensure requirement for all real estate brokers, and will be held from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays through Aug. 16. The classes will be held at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. The course fee is $175, and the textbook is available at the campus bookstore for about $50.

The course will examine the effects of economic trends on the real estate brokerage business, distinguish between various brokerage specialties, identify the effects of planning and zoning, and introduce computer use in the brokerage business.
