Franklin Covey Project Management Class at CF

The CF Institute at the College of Central Florida will offer Franklin Covey Project Management. The class will meet Wednesday, Aug. 15, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
Participants will learn how to develop a smart project plan; execute the right tasks at the right time; obtain and strengthen buy-in; and how to recognize potential problems. The fee is $249.
