Real Estate Prelicensing Course at Ocala Campus

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College is accepting enrollment for the Real Estate Principles and Practices course which begins Wednesday, Jan. 6, at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.

This state-approved course meets the 63-hour prelicensing education requirement to become a licensed real estate sales associate. Classes will meet 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Mondays through Thursdays through Feb. 1. The class will not meet Jan.18, Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The fee is $305.

This course covers the minimum essentials for the new real estate professional. Students must pass the final exam and have a high school diploma or GED to sit for the state licensing exam. The required textbook is available at the CFCC Bookstore.
