CFCC to Offer Real Estate Prelicensing

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College is accepting registration for its Real Estate Principles and Practices course, which is held at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
The 63-hour course runs from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays beginning July 9 and ending Aug. 13. The course fee is $295, and the required text is available at the campus bookstore for about $48.
This course is required for all persons seeking real estate licensure with the Florida Real Estate Commission. Students must pass the final classroom exam and possess a high school diploma or GED to sit for the state licensing exam.
