CF Offers New Restaurant Basics Course

The CF Institute at the College of Central Florida is accepting enrollment for a new Restaurant Basics course that will meet Saturdays, Feb. 2 through March 9, from 9 a.m. to noon at the CF Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
Students will gain insight into target marketing, menu planning, pricing, staffing and other related tasks. The course fee is $125; a required textbook is not included in the fee. The deadline to enroll is Tuesday, Jan. 29.
