Sales Associate Course Begins Aug. 4

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College is enrolling students now for its Post-license Sales Associate course, which is held at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.

The 45-hour course runs from 5:30 to 10 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Aug. 4-25. The course fee is $190, and the required text is available at the campus bookstore for about $35.

All licensed real estate sales associates must complete this course prior to their first license renewal date. The class builds on the Real Estate Principles and Practices course by emphasizing practical applications and routine activities of a sales associate.
