CF Ocala Offers Security Officer Training

The CF Institute at College of Central Florida is accepting enrollment for security officer training at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
Security Officer: 24-Hour Unarmed will meet Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, May 14-23, from 6-10 p.m. This course meets a portion of the 40-hour requirement to obtain the Class D security license; however students must complete the 16-hour supplemental course prior to filing the initial license application. The fee is $125 and students must register by May 10.
Security Officer: 16-Hour Unarmed (Supplemental) course will meet Tuesday through Friday, May 29-June 1, from 6-10 p.m. This course is part of the 40 state-required hours for the unarmed security officer. All 40 hours must be completed prior to filing the initial license application. The course fee is $110 and students must register by May 24.
Security Officer: 28-Hour Armed will meet Monday through Friday, June 11-15, from 6-11 p.m. at the Ocala Campus and Saturday, June 16, from 8-11 a.m. at RD Tactical Solutions, 1031 N.E. 16th St., Ocala. The fee is $205 and students must enroll by June 8.
