CFCC Customer Service Technology Training for Seniors

The CF Institute at Central Florida Community College will offer a Customer Service Technology training to prepare mature workers for new jobs.
The program is designed for individuals nearing retirement, already retired or exploring new directions in life. The $99 training lasts five days and includes sessions in Windows XP and Computer Basics, Internet Explorer/Outlook and Customer Service Training. The sessions will help students work through computer anxieties and help them to develop skills need for success in the customer service field.

The program is offered by CFCC’s Pathways to Living, Learning & Serving, providing comprehensive, coordinated services to the mature citizens of the communities served by the college.
