CF Senior Learning Institute Offers Free Class Sessions

The Senior Learning Institute at the College of Central Florida is offering free class sessions during October Membership Enhancement Month.

Individuals who are 50 and older are invited to sit in on one session in each of the 10 courses offered during October, including Civil War; For the Love of Film, Hollywood Hunks; For the Love of Film, Musicals; Gentle Yoga; Guns, Germs and Steel; Historical Geography of the Holy Land; Psychology of Human Behavior; and Why Evil Exists in Literature, Philosophy and Religion.

Individuals who attend any of the sessions may also enter a drawing for a free annual membership to the Senior Learning Institute, which offers a variety of cultural and community activities each year in addition to the courses. The Senior Learning Institute’s annual membership fee is $125 and allows participants to enroll in any course offered by the institute for $8. Most courses are held at the CF Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
