Marnie Baird called the meeting to order at 12:55pm and welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Treasurer’s Report
Susan Dagg presented the Treasurer’s Report. As of June 12, 2012, we have a balance of $1,006.26 in the Membership Account, a balance of $1,493.55 in the Fundraising Account, a balance of $3,513.98 in the Travel Account and a balance of $965.06 in our College wide Activity Fund Account. This brings our total balance of Fund 1 and Fund 6-AFC Trust accounts to $6,978.85. Projected expenses in the Fundraising and College wide Activity accounts will bring their balances to $1,482.29 and $665.06 respectively.
Activities Report
No Activities Report was presented at the meeting.
Other Business
Marnie Baird shared her experiences as chapter president for 2011-2012, and asked that any interested parties contact her regarding the position of chapter president for next year. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the office is currently vacant. And election for this office will be held as soon as candidates are available.

The following AFC Chapter awards were presented to chapter members for the 2011-2012 academic year:
AFC Faculty Award – Judy Haisten
AFC Board Member Award – Susan Murphy
AFC Green Award – Cheryl Crosby
AFC Unsung Hero Award – Suzette Wallace
AFC Volunteer Award – Henri Benlolo
Induction of Officers:
Dr. Henningsen installed the following AFC members as officers for 2012-2013:
President-elect – Marnie Baird
Secretary – Shana Miller
Treasurer – Susan Dagg
Activities Chair – Beth Groff
Membership Chair – Marjorie McGee
Historian – Debbie Cook
The following AFC members will also hold offices in 2012-2013:
