Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce

This Presentation of Approximately one hour by guest speaker Terry Thomas, who works for the Disney Corporation,examines the historical perspectives of the workforce, including those employees born from 1946-2000. Mr. Thomas uses real life examples and stories to illustrate the forces that manipulate and influence the generations in the workplace, and humorously discusses "the world" as it relates to our youngest generation, the Millennials, both in their historical perspectives and what they've been exposed to. The presentation ends with an examination of how the generations can work together to achieve the results necessary in any workplace.
