This program is designed for students seeking specialized training to prepare for employment or to enhance their skills in the fields of management, business, industry and retail. The program instructs students in the areas of planning, organizing, directing and controlling a business. Selected theories of business operations and decision making are emphasized. Students will obtain the knowledge, skills and understanding for effective management functions.
