DESCRIPTION:Students in 3rd-12th grades and their families are invited to STEMCon — a celebration and exploration of sciences\, technology\, engineering and math. This year’s STEMCon will be held at CF Ocala Campus\, Ewers Century Center. Join us Tuesday\, Feb. 4\, Wednesday\, Feb. 5 and Thursday\, Feb. 6\, from 5-8 p.m. for fun STEM demonstrations and competitions. \nFun-filled activities: \n\nScience – Compete in an airplane and glider competition\nTechnology – Test your knowledge of Artificial Intelligence \nEngineering – Build and set off rockets\nMath – Solve puzzles and Math problems to escape your way out of the room\n\nPlus enjoy pizza and prizes! \nThis event is in partnership with Marion County Public Schools\, the College of Central Florida and Mid-FL Regional Manufacturers Association. \nPlease note: all parents and guardians must sign the Appearance and Liability Release Agreement prior to attending the event. By E-signing the liability waiver\, you will help expedite your entry into the event.
