All CF students are invited to this event at the Citrus Campus Conference and Learning Center on Wednesday\, Oct. 13\, 12:30-1:45 p.m. \nThunderheart is a mystery set on a reservation\, over which water rights are embattled by Sioux and Anglo law enforcement. Native American cultural practices are woven in and out of this drama which deals with discrimination\, protest\, and activism\, set in South Dakota. This event is made possible by the CF Foundation.

SUMMARY:Yoga on the Lawn
DESCRIPTION:Kundalini Yoga blends physical and spiritual practices\, incorporating movement\, breathwork\, meditation and sound to balance and strengthen the body and increase awareness. 3HO Foundation called it yoga “for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.” \nJoin us on Wednesday\, Oct. 13\, for a short introductory session to Kundalini Yoga\, which will include movement and breathing techniques taught by our own Faithe Ruiz. This session takes place at the Ocala Campus Center Lawn\, 12:30-1:30 p.m. \nTake a break from your day! The first 40 students will receive a FREE CF yoga mat and a handout with information about the style of yoga and exercises shared with links to additional resources. Hydrating refreshments will be provided!
