DESCRIPTION:The CF Debra Vasquez Memorial Poetry Series will host author George Singleton. A novelist\, short story writer\, and essayist\, Singleton will offer two reading/signings at the College of Central Florida’s Ocala Campus\, 3001 S.W. College Road. This reading will take place Tuesday\, Feb. 27\, at 7 p.m. in the Klein Center on the Ocala Campus. \nThe reading is free and open to the public. \nSingleton is a recipient of the coveted Guggenheim Fellowship Award\, has been inducted into the prestigious Fellowship of Southern Writers\, and has been named by numerous magazines one of America’s funniest writers. \nFor more information\, contact Ron Cooper at ext. 1295 or cooperr@cf.edu.
