Applicants registering after May 1 will be placed on
a waiting list. If we are unable
to place you, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Schedule:
First Installment: $900 plus registration fee due with application
Balance of fees due by May 1, 2012
Please adhere to the payment schedule to avoid the $50 late fee.
The Unisted States Postal Service determines the effective date.
