- December 31, 2007- $100 registration fee
- January 1 to February 28, 2008 - $175 registration fee
- March 1 to April 15, 2008 - $250 registration fee
- After April 15, 2008 - $275 registration fee
Late Applicants:
Applicants registering after April 15 will be placed on
a waiting list. If we are unable
to place you, you will receive a full refund.
Payment Schedule:
First Installment: $900 plus registration fee due with application
Balance of fees: Total balance due May 1, 2008.
Please adhere to the payment schedule to avoid the $50 late fee.
The post
office post mark determines the effective date.
