The CF OneCard What's Next?

Your Official CF Refund Card
CF One Card

Welcome to CF. As you may have already heard, the CF OneCard is how it's done at CF! From receiving your financial aid refunds to purchasing course materials, it's your key to success at CF. And remember it's a debit card; not a credit card!
You may have some questions about what happens next. Here are the steps to successful card use.

  1. Look For Your Card In The Mail
Your CF OneCard is now in production and will be mailed to your permanent address on file with CF. If you are not sure which address you registered with the school as the permanent address, please verify your Personal Information with CF.
  2. Activate Your Card
The card will not function for campus access & privileges until you have activated it, therefore it's important to do so as soon as you get it. Activating your card also allows you to select a refund preference, which is the method by which you will receive any financial refund from CF.

Activation is quick & easy -Just log on to www.CFOneCard.com to get started. If you have any questions about how to activate, you may want to view the activation demo provided at www.CFOneCard.com. Look for the "View Demo" link in the "Learn About the OneAccount" box. Or call Customer Service at 1-877-474-1958.
  3. Make Choices
With the CF OneCard, you have a choice in how to receive refunds from the school. Your options are:

    • Easy Refund to the OneAccount:
The FDIC-insured OneAccount has no monthly fees or minimum balance requirement. With the OneAccount, you can use your CF OneCard to make debit purchases wherever Debit MasterCard® is accepted. The OneAccount is the fastest way to receive a refund, giving you access to your money the same day it’s released by CF.
    • ACHTransfer (To other bank):
You may choose to have an electronic deposit of your refund money to another bank account. This transfer may take 2-3 days for your bank to make funds available.
    • Paper Check:
You may also elect to have a paper check sent to you in the mail. This option takes the longest. Paper checks can take 5 or more days to arrive.

  4. Take Advantage Of The OneAccount
Even if you choose paper check or ACH transfer as your refund preference, you still have the option of opening a OneAccount. Many students find the OneAccount is a great way to manage school expenses separate from other expenses.
  5. Use Your Card
Once your card is activated & you have money in your account, you can use it anywhere Debit MasterCard® is accepted. It’s easy to see the benefits of the CF OneCard and OneAccount.
