CFCC Traffic Court

Receive a parking citation? Citations may be appealed for mitigating circumstances. Persons wishing to appeal may sign up now for the next available Traffic Court session. Traffic Court is conducted through the Student Activities Board (SAB). Appeals will be considered only if:

  • The on-line registration is completed
  • A copy of the citation is turned in to the Chief Justice in the Office of Student Life (Bryant Student Union Room 106) prior to the court session
  • You appear at the next Traffic Court session. You will receive a confirmation email of the date, time, and location of the court session. If you do not appear as arranged, your appeal will automatically be denied.
