CF, NAIFA-Ocala Offer Insurance Course

The CF Institute at the College of Central Florida will offer a new insurance ethics continuing education course on Friday, Nov. 11, in partnership with the Ocala chapter of the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors.

Ethics for Agents and Adjusters, Department of Financial Services No. 76288 and No. 76289, provides three hours of continuing education for licensed insurance agents and adjusters. It is also approved for 4-40 customer representatives.

The session will be held 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. following the monthly breakfast meeting of NAIFA-Ocala at the CF Ocala Campus, Ewers Century Center, Room 101. The breakfast meeting will begin 8 a.m. and will focus on insurance industry advocacy. The $52 course fee includes breakfast; however all individuals who enroll on or before Tuesday, Nov. 8, will pay an early bird rate.

Courses on insurance qualify for technical business continuing professional education credit for Florida Certified Public Accountants. Enrollment will be accepted at the door.
