Real Estate Courses at CF Ocala Campus

The CF Institute at the College of Central Florida has prelicensing and continuing education classes for real estate professionals at the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.

45-Hour Post-License Sales Associate will meet Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, Feb. 13-March 5, 5:30-10 p.m. The fee is $205. This is a required course that must be completed by the first license renewal date. Textbook is required.

14-Hour Continuing Education for Real Estate Professionals will meet Friday and Saturday, Feb. 17 and 18, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The fee is $100 and includes the textbook. This course meets the requirements for all real estate practitioners prior to the renewal of their licenses during each licensure period.

30-Hour Post-License Broker Investment will meet Saturdays and Sundays, Feb. 25-March 4, 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The fee is $200. This course is part of the 60-hour post-licensure required for all real estate brokers and must be completed by the first license renewal date.

Sales Associate Exam Cram will meet Friday and Saturday, Feb. 24 and 25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m. This prelicensing course prepares students for the Florida Real Estate Associate exam. The fee is $120.
