'Trains at the Holidays' Returns to CF for 17th Year

The College of Central Florida will once again present “Trains at the Holidays” at the Webber Gallery of the Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road. The exhibit, which opens Saturday, Dec. 15, has become a holiday favorite of young and old alike.

An opening reception will be held that day with light refreshments from noon to 2 p.m. Ocala Model Railroaders will conduct a workshop and demonstration on the art of model railroads from 2-4 p.m. There is no fee for the exhibit, reception or demonstration.

The 17th annual exhibit includes exciting new layouts and models with historic and holiday themes, which are provided by Ocala Model Railroaders, Tri-County Department 56 Collectors Club and private collector Bruce Richardson.

The Webber Gallery has extended hours for the exhibit, which will be open from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. daily including weekends through Dec. 30; the gallery will be closed Dec. 24 and 25.
