Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Heating Technology7292: Postsecondary Adult Vocational Certificate (750 Clock Hours) CIP: 15.0501 The content of the program includes, but is not limited to: communication skills; leadership skills; human relations and employability skills; safe, efficient work practices; planning, installing, testing and servicing of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating systems and components; servicing, installing, and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components; testing, diagramming and solving problems in air conditioning, refrigeration and heating equipment; record keeping; basic supervisory skills; use and care of hand tools, power tools, specialized tools and equipment; and use of current industry standards, practices and techniques.
