Career Services

The CF Career Development Center helps students and graduates with career assessment, career counseling, employability skills training, job placement assistance, job search assistance, and labor market information. Such services include off campus job referrals; extensive career resource library of books and multimedia materials on career planning and occupations; resume writing services; interviewing skills; employer information; on-campus interviewing with employers; job fairs; and job placement assistance. 

Job opportunities are available to students and graduates.  Through CF’s computerized job listing bank, Patriot Placements (see link below) students can find current local, state and national job referrals.  Students who desire to use any of these services may visit the Career Center at the Ocala Campus located in building 5, or telephone 352-854-2322 ext. 1721. 

The CF Career Center also provides a variety of career assessments for those individuals who want to know more about suitable career options, or are uncertain about career choice and career decision-making.  Career assessment is accompanied with individualized career counseling and career planning designed to help meet the need of each student.
