CF Hosts Geographic Information Systems Career Event

The community is invited to learn more about career options in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) at a CF event offered in partnership with the City of Ocala, Clymer Farner Barley Inc. and Marion County.

“Mapping Your Future: GIS Career Pathways” on Wednesday, Nov. 20, noon-3 p.m. will explore an industry offering jobs that span information technology, urban planning, engineering, land development, environmental management, emergency response planning, logistics and precision agriculture. Take part in hands-on demonstrations, insightful talks and valuable networking sessions by college representatives and industry leaders.
