The College of Central Florida Webber Gallery presents “The Gap Between Art and Life Biennial Exhibition” Sept. 2-Oct. 6. This biannual competitive exhibition will display jury panel selected installation art. Out of 97 submissions, eight various artworks by artists from across the southeastern United States were chosen for this exhibition.

The chosen installations will allow visitors to interact with the gallery space in new and unique ways. The jury panel consisted of Leslie Hammond, president of Artistic Eye Fine Art Services, and Victoria Billig, assistant director of the Appleton Museum of Art.

Gallery hours are Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The gallery is closed Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and college observed holidays. For more information call 352-854-2322, ext. 1552.

The public is invited to the opening reception on Thursday, Sept. 11 from 4-6 p.m. The exhibition and reception are free.
