The community is invited to explore “Constellation”, a themed group exhibition exploring traditional and nontraditional interpretations of the term, at the Webber Gallery on view 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday, May 25 – Thursday, July 16.
From ancient star maps and zodiac imagery to abstract interpretations and contemporary reimagining’s, Constellation examines how the concept of connection, pattern, and orbit can be interpreted through visual art. Working within a limited palette of blue, white, and gold, participating artists explore how meaning can emerge from both celestial references and broader symbolic associations with the word “constellation.”
The exhibition highlights the wide range of creative approaches artists take when responding to a shared theme, revealing how a single concept can expand into many different visual languages and perspectives.
