Stay Local Event Focuses on Career Opportunities, Oct. 2

The College of Central Florida’s Business and Technology Department and the Talent Center will host a special event about the high-wage, high-demand career opportunities in our community on Wednesday, Oct. 2, from 5-7:30 p.m., at the College of Central Florida Ewers Century Center, 3001 S.W. College Road., Ocala.

Participants will have an opportunity to choose from breakout sessions and network with some of Ocala’s top employers and industry leaders. Explore local business career tracks, interact with representatives from career and technical programs in the Marion County schools and College of Central Florida, and get your career questions answers by Ocala’s top employers. Participants will also hear from Jeromy Williams, owner and operator of Chick-Fil-A about leadership skills and tools for success in business and hear from industry leaders about the state of Ocala’s economy and anticipated job opportunities.
