Please join us for our next Mega Monday event on Sept. 26 at 12:30 p.m. at the Ocala Campus Webber Center. Dr. Michael Cadore, Executive Director of Community Engagement for External Affairs at Eastern Florida State College, will present us with a dynamic lecture as part of the series. A former professional football player drafted by the New Orleans Saints, law enforcement officer, and Rockledge city councilman, Dr. Michael A. Cadore Sr. has served his community for over three decades through education, public safety, civic engagement, and mentoring. His community efforts led to him receiving the distinguished alumni award for 2021 from Eastern Florida State College and the 2022 Distinguished Service Award from Eastern Kentucky University. Dr. Cadore will inspire attendees with his life motto, “If you don’t serve your community now, don’t expect your community to serve you later.”

This event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments and event giveaways will be provided. The lecture is funded by the Mr. and Mrs. Seymour B. Robinson Memorial Endowed Chair.
