Wellness Programs

CF is committed to student wellness, from mental health to physical health.

As part of that commitment, we offer wellness classes to give CF staff, faculty and students the chance to be active and connect with others.

Intramural Sports

Take part in spin or weights and strengthening classes at the Ocala Campus. This semester, join Donna Zelinski for spin classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:45-5:30 p.m., in the Spin Room (Building 53). Mary Cipolla will lead weights and strengthening classes on Thursdays in Building 9, Room 101 from 12:15-1 p.m.

The Weight Room is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. to faculty, staff and students only.
