Students will also learn foundational hospitality operations, reservation systems, and best practices in customer engagement.
The courses in this program will prepare students to sit for industry-recognized certifications such as the Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP) and ServSafe® Food Handler certification. It will also provide students with internships at organizations like the World Equestrian Center to gain hands-on experience in the field.
