Money-Back Guarantee Program
Students admitted to one of six academic programs at College of Central Florida are eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee program. This allows students to request a refund for out-of-pocket tuition expenses only from CF if they are unable to find employment in-field within six months of graduation. To be eligible, students must meet all Money Back Guarantee program requirements as listed below. Only out-of-pocket tuition expenses paid by the student are eligible for refund.
Eligible Academic Programs

Students who receive a job offer in their respective industry within the six-month window after graduation will be considered to have successfully found employment and will no longer be eligible to participate in the Money-Back Guarantee program.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds under the Money-Back Guarantee program are limited to the actual out-of-pocket tuition amounts paid directly by the student to the college. Tuition amounts covered by federal financial aid, state financial aid, institutional scholarships, third-party payments, employer sponsorships, or other non-student sources are not eligible for refund.
Refund eligibility is calculated based on the net tuition amount paid by the student after all applicable aid and waivers have been applied. Refunds do not include: Non-resident fees, laboratory fees, uniforms and supplies, student activity fees, financial aid fees, testing, examination, or licensure fees, insurance fees, and books or other instructional materials.
Next Steps:
Students who meet all eligibility requirements may submit a request for a tuition refund to Student Accounts no sooner than six months and no later than 240 days after the credential is conferred on the student’s transcript, consisting of six months for employment search activities and an additional 60 days to submit the refund request. The College will review all documentation to confirm compliance with statutory and institutional requirements prior to approval or denial of any refund request.
